In Oregon, Measure 11 crimes are the most serious felonies. They are punishable by a mandatory minimum prison sentence between 70 and 300 months.
A person convicted of an Oregon Measure 11 crime is almost always required to serve every day of their prison sentence, with no possibility of early release.
Measure 11 also requires juveniles who are 15 and older be tried as adults when they are charged with the felonies listed below.
