Fees for family law and divorce cases
Reasonable rates are key to our practice. We believe that top quality legal services should be available to everyone, so our flat fees and hourly rates are competitive.
Tullos Beckett LLC charges $200 for a consultation for all civil matters which include divorce and custody cases.
When we accept a family law or divorce case, we require our client to pay a retainer. The amount of retainer will vary depending on your case. For all civil matters, we charge between $275 and $300 per hour. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Your retainer will be held in our lawyer trust account until we have earned our fee.

Fees for criminal cases
We believe that top quality legal services should be available to everyone. That is why we offer competitive flat fees and hourly rates.
Most criminal defense cases are handled on a flat fee basis. A criminal defense lawyer's fee is usually based on a few factors:
