Reasonable rates for family law and divorce cases
Reasonable rates are key to our practice. We believe that top quality legal services should be available to everyone, so our flat fees and hourly rates are competitive.
Tullos Beckett LLC charges $300 for a consultation for all civil matters which include divorce, restraining order, and custody cases.
When we accept a family law or divorce case, we typically require our client to pay a retainer. The amount of retainer will vary depending on your case. For all civil matters, we charge between $325 and $350 per hour. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Your retainer will be held in our lawyer trust account until we have earned our fee.

Fees for DUI and criminal cases
