Our client had been arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUI/DUII) and Reckless Driving. He had been asleep in his parked car at 3 a.m., when a deputy from the Lane County Sheriff's Office woke him, and requested a field sobriety test. 

Our client was taken into custody, and later had a breath test that showed a BAC of .20.
